SVCTM Registration

Please pre-register to assure your workshop selection. You may save yourself from standing in a long line and you may win a nice prize. During the general session, the completed pre-registration form received by Thursday, September 4, 2008 will be placed in a box. Forms will be drawn from the box and the winners will receive one of several very nice door prizes. You must be pre-registered and present to be a winner in the drawing.

Print the pre-registration form and return it with your $10.00 registration/annual membership fee by Thursday, September 4, 2008. Ignore if you have already paid for this year. (Registration fee for students is $1.00)
